Four students injured in Stoney Creek school bus crash

A school bus driver has been charged after a three-vehicle crash on the Stoney Creek Mountain.

Just before 9 a.m. Friday, police and paramedics were called to the crash site at Mud Street and Third Road East.

Police say the school bus was transporting 14 students of Tapleytown Elementary School when it collided with a pickup truck and a car.

Police say four students suffered minor injuries.

The bus driver, a 62-year-old Hamilton man, has been charged with failing to yield right of way.
