A man is facing several drug charges after Saskatoon police received a call of suspicious people in the Mayfair neighbourhood.
Police received a call around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday stating there were suspicious people in the 1800-block of Avenue D North.

Officers who arrived spotted a man walking in the area who was believed to be one of the suspicious persons.
They searched him and found methylphenidate (commonly referred to as Ritalin), hydromorphone and morphine sulfate. Officers said they also found meth and crack cocaine packaged for distribution.
The 34-year-old man is facing several drug-related charges including possession of meth for the purpose of trafficking and possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

He is also charged with possession of property obtained by crime and breach of undertakings.
