It was a busy weekend for Prince Albert police that included a suspicious fire and a break-in at a medical clinic.
Officers responded to 318 calls for service between Friday evening and Monday morning. Forty-four arrests were made by police.

Impaired driving charges
Officers observed an SUV travelling eastbound in the 500-block of 19 Street East at around 8:20 a.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 30.
Police said the driver saw officers, stopped and then continued driving.
Officers followed for a short distance before pulling the vehicle over. The driver appeared to be heavily intoxicated and was arrested.
The 37-year-old Prince Albert man failed breathalyzer tests and is facing charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding .08. He was released to appear in court on Oct. 30.
Suspicious fire
Emergency services were called to a structure fire at around 1:50 a.m. on Saturday.
Police arrived at the home in the 300-block of 19 Street East, which was engulfed in flames.
The Prince Albert Fire Department said the blaze caused extensive damage to the building but no one was injured.

The fire is considered suspicious and is under police investigation.

Break and enter
Officers were called to a break and enter at a medical clinic in the 600-block of 15 Street West just after 4:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Police arrived to find a broken building window. Police entered the building and arrested a 28-year-old man.
The Montreal Lake man was expected to face charges in Prince Albert provincial court on Monday.
Recovered stolen vehicle
A stolen truck was reported in the 600-block of Branion Drive at around 2:40 a.m. on Saturday.
A 23-year-old Prince Albert man, who police said was known to them, was found sitting on the curb by the parked vehicle and was arrested.
The vehicle was returned to the owner.
The man is facing charges of breach of probation and being at large of his recognizance. He was scheduled to face charges in Prince Albert provincial court on Monday.
