With over 100 people dead – and the death toll still rising — Mexico City and central Mexico were rattled by a strong 7.1 magnitude earthquake that struck Tuesday afternoon.

Some people are still searching for loved ones.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said Canada is ready to help Mexico, calling the quake devastating.

The deadly quake is the second of the month; an 8.1 earthquake hit Mexico’s southern coast and left 90 people dead on Sept. 7.
