Editor’s note: This story is a corrected version. RCMP had originally said the age of the girl was 17.
RCMP are investigating after two men in their 20s allegedly tried to abduct a 14-year-old woman on Highway 105 near an Irving Gas Station in the community of Waycobah, N.S.
Police say that they received the complaint shortly before 10 a.m. on Monday.

So far, police have released little information on the attempted abduction.
They will say the two men are white and one had a tattoo on his right cheek below his eye.
The pair were in a vehicle described as a black, four-door car with some damage to the front bumper.
RCMP say the back seat of the vehicle was removed although the rear backrest remains intact.

The Mounties are now asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspects and their vehicle.
