A 46-year-old man faces multiple drug-related charges after Fredericton police say they arrested a man with an undisclosed amount of drugs in his possession.
Police say they arrested the man on Sept. 8, on the city’s south side, with help of a K9 team.

Officers seized a quantity of drugs they believe to be cocaine, methamphetamine, hydromorphone, hashish, and marijuana.
Police say the drugs have an approximate street value of $27,000. They also seized approximately $16,500 in cash.

Jason Clarence Martin faces charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and proceeds of a crime.
Martin is scheduled to appear in court later today.
