The Edmonton Oilers have invited centre Chris Kelly to training camp on a professional tryout contract.
Kelly, 36, had 12 points in 82 games for Ottawa last season.

Kelly played for the Boston Bruins while Oilers general manager Peter Chiraelli was the GM of the Bruins. They won the Stanley Cup with Boston in 2011.
In 833 career regular season NHL games, Kelly has 289 points.
