A 45-year-old Winnipeg woman is dead after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 3, just South of Brunkild, Manitoba.
Police said a southbound vehicle struck the shoulder of the road, and drove into oncoming traffic just after 5 p.m.
It collided head on with another vehicle travelling northbound.

The driver of the northbound vehicle, a 43-year-old man from Winkler, was taken to hospital. The 45-year-old passenger was pronounced dead on scene.
The driver, and three other passengers in the southbound vehicle were taken to hospital in serious condition.
STARS Air Ambulance and other first responders from nearby communities were on scene.
Police blocked off the Highway upon arriving, but it has since re-opened.
