WINNIPEG – Police have made the latest arrest in the homicide of William George Sumner, killed June 18.

Officers turned to the public looking for Leon Edward Patchinose in connection to Sumner’s death and were able to locate and charge him with manslaughter.

Patchinose is the 5th person arrested in the killing of Sumner, who was shot inside a Pritchard Ave. home on Father’s Day.
