Teen rushed to hospital in critical condition after North Kildonan stabbing

A 17-year-old boy is in hospital after police said he was stabbed in North Kildonan Wednesday night.

Police said the victim was confronted by more than one suspect in the 200 block of Oakland Avenue where he was stabbed a number of times.

He was taken to hospital in critical condition but has since been upgraded to stable.

No suspects are in custody and the police major crimes unit is investigating.
