Jesse Blaskoits rushed from Vancouver to his parents home in Kelowna when he heard about the flooding.
After helping his parents during the flood, he began to assess the damage to his personal belongings stored in the basement.
Blaskoits is trying to salvage a film script he had been working on along with other personal mementos.
