The Hazmat unit determined the second substance was also non-hazardous.

Both suspicious packages are being investigated by the police’s targeted enforcement unit.

The Saskatoon Police Service is reminding anyone who comes across suspicious mail to not handle it more than necessary, isolate the area and call 911.
