“We’ve certainly had some warm conditions lately, melted off most of the snow,” city of London division manager of transportation operations John Parsons told AM980.

“Now we’re starting to get down into some freezing conditions so we just have to make sure motorists and pedestrians give themselves more time to get around and be careful on those surfaces as they could freeze up.”

Parsons adds that crews are keeping a close watch on the conditions.

“We will be ready to treat conditions as we have staff on 24/7. We’re hoping that motorists and pedestrians be prepared or reacquaint themselves with these conditions.”
