MacPherson is described as Caucasian, 5’04”,130 pounds, with blue eyes and shoulder-length blonde hair.

She led a transient lifestyle and did not have a fixed address at the time of her death.

“There are going to be a lot of people in the North Shore community that live that same lifestyle,” Cpl. Meghan Foster with IHIT said. “Those are the ones we are reaching out to and looking to speak with because they are going to be the ones who have the information we are looking for.”
