The much-anticipated report into why serial killer Robert Pickton wasn’t caught sooner is soon to be released.
Wally Oppal’s final report will be made public December 17th.

Family members of the missing and murdered women are being contacted to make sure they have access to it before it’s widely released.
The missing women inquiry was formed in September of 2010 to examine why police failed to apprehend Pickton before his eventual arrest in 2002.
