35-year-old Jeremy Matherly remains in custody tonight, following the charges.

It was Nov. 6 when RCMP were called to the mobile home park on Boucherie Road to investigate a shooting.

Two weeks later, police were called back to the same home – after it was destroyed by fire.

It was then that Joshua Prozeller told Global news he was the victim of the shooting and that it cost him his right eye.

The man accused of pulling the trigger will be back in court on Dec. 20.
