Water rescue team searching on Red River near Provencher Bridge

WINNIPEG — Emergency crews were searching on the Red River in St. Boniface Tuesday morning after reports that a man fell through the ice.

Just before 10 a.m., police were called on scene to the river near the Provencher Bridge.

Water rescue crews could be seen trying to break the ice.
