Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident on Cape Breton’s Seal Island Bridge that left a transport truck partially flipped.
The accident happened shortly after noon on Sunday and left the truck resting against the rail of the bridge.

RCMP asked the Department of Transportation to close the bridge to high sides vehicles due to the winds.
Motorists can expect delays in the area while officials work to clear the crash and investigate the cause.
The bridge was reduced to one lane for much of the afternoon while crews worked to remove the truck.
Police say the driver suffered minor injuries in the crash.
