Reid Duke scored four goals on Friday night as the Brandon Wheat Kings used a red-hot power play to rout the Saskatoon Blades 8-1 in Western Hockey League action.

Tyler Coulter had a goal and two assists for Brandon (11-7-3), which extended its win streak to four games. Zach Russell, Connor Gutenberg and Stelio Mattheos also scored and Kale Clague tacked on three helpers.

Josh Paterson responded on the power play late in the third period for the Blades (9-13-1).

Jordan Papirny made 32 saves for the win in net as Logan Flodell kicked out 36-of-44 shots for Saskatoon.

The Wheat Kings scored five times on six power plays while the Blades were 1 for 5.
