WINNIPEG – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers‘ kick returner, Kevin Fogg will miss Sunday’s CFL Western Semi-Final against the BC Lions due to a foot injury according to CJOB’s Bob Irving.

Fogg was hurt in the third quarter of Friday’s 33-20 win over the Ottawa Redblacks. The American hauled back four kicks for 58 yards earlier in the night to set a new franchise record for the best punt return average in a season. Fogg finished the regular season fourth in the league with 754 kick return yards.
Sunday’s game in Vancouver will mark the first time Winnipeg has played in the post-season since 2011. The Bombers beat BC in both meetings this year. Winnipeg also won seven of its nine road games.
