Classic Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 ounces fresh lime juice

1 ounce Cointreau

1⁄2 ounce agave syrup

4 ounces mezcal

Instructions: Combine the mezcal, fresh lime juice, Cointreau, 1⁄2 cup crushed ice, and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain and pour into 2 small ice-filled cocktail glasses.
