Death of man southwest of Saskatoon called suspicious

The death of a man who was found unresponsive outside of Saskatoon is being treated as suspicious by police.

The man was found Sunday morning southwest of the city on a gravel road east of Highway 60.

He was pronounced dead by emergency crews.

Police said the 37-year-old man was from the Saskatoon area. His family has been notified but his name is not being released at this time.

Mounties said any information, no matter how big or small, is important in their investigation, however they recognize it can be difficult to approach police.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or to submit an online report or text.
