Charges are pending against a man after he was struck by a car in Saskatoon.
According to police, the 38-year-old man was crossing Broadway Avenue just before 9:30 p.m. CT on Monday when he was hit by a southbound car.

Police said he was walking against a red light.
He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation continues and police said alcohol is believed to be a factor.
