3 from Saskatoon charged in Prince Albert, Sask. drug bust

Three people from Saskatoon have been charged following a drug bust in Prince Albert, Sask.

The bust happened on Thursday at around 8:30 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 1700-block of 15 Street West.

Police said 63 grams of meth, 28 grams of marijuana and over $10,000 in cash was seized.

Two men, both 42, are charged with possessing meth for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marijuana, possession of the proceeds of crime and breaching a court order.

A 21-year-old woman is charged with possession of meth for the purpose of trafficking, possessing marijuana and possession of the proceeds of crime.

All three were scheduled to appear Thursday morning in Prince Albert provincial court.
