A woman is facing charges following a drug bust in Saskatoon.

Police made the bust last Wednesday evening in the 200-block of Lochrie Crescent.

A search of the home by members of the integrated drug enforcement street team turned up a handgun, bear spray, 10.5 grams of meth packaged for distribution, 2.8 grams of marijuana and over $7,200 in cash.

Three people were initially arrested but two were released later with no charges being laid.

A 43-year-old woman has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marijuana, possession of the proceeds of crime and possession of dangerous weapons.

She is expected to appear in Saskatoon provincial court on Thursday.
