Two separate stabbings in Saskatoon on Monday sent two men to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The first stabbing happened just before 2 p.m. CT in the 300-block of 23rd Street East.

Patrol officers responding to a disturbance found a man suffering from a stab wound to his hand.
He was taken to hospital for treatment.
A person was taken into custody but no charges have been laid.

The second stabbing happened in the area of 28th Street and Avenue B North.
Officers were called to a report of an injured man at around 10 p.m. He told them he had been approached by a man carrying a knife and machete a few hours earlier.
He was taken to St. Paul’s Hospital with injuries described as non-life threatening.
Police are looking for a man in his mid-20s, between six-foot and six-foot two, around 180 to 190 pounds with a medium build. He was wearing a black hat with a blue peak, a dark blue sweater that appeared to have bandannas for sleeves, dark jeans and red shoes.
The targeted enforcement unit continues to investigate.
