WINNIPEG — After another round of tornado and thunderstorm warnings Thursday night in Winnipeg and much of the south. it looks like we’re in for a quieter weekend.
But quiet doesn’t necessarily translate into great weather.
Saturday the forecast is calling for a mix of sun and cloud with a chance of showers as that low pressure system remains fairly stalled over Manitoba.
This means temperatures will also be below seasonal, which is now 25 C for this time of year.
Sunday is looking like the best day of the weekend by far with above seasonal temperatures and plenty of sunshine.
