The arrests happened last week at a hotel in Kelowna where police seized a variety of hard drugs and more than $20,000 in cash.

“RCMP believe that the men have ties to an organized crime group out of the Lower Mainland and were attempting to further establish their business line in Kelowna,” said Cst. Jesse O’Donaghey.

Police also found drugs in the suspects’ vehicles.

In all, officers seized:

  • 5.25 ounces of Heroin;
  • 8.75 ounces of Cocaine;
  • 2.5 ounces of Methamphetamine

The suspects have been identified as 28-year-old Behrang Khosravi of Vancouver and 27-year-old Joseph Bergeron of Coquitlam.
