Five people escaped serious harm after their car slammed into the back of a TTC bus early Monday.
The collision occurred around 2 a.m. at Morningside and Halfway avenues.
Police say the five passengers inside the Mercedes were rushed to hospital but none had life-threatening injuries.

One was trapped for nearly an hour and had to be extricated by firefighters, who sheared off the car’s roof.
Police thanked citizens at the scene for assisting after the crash.
