Couch says she has not used fertility treatments for any of the pregnancies.

Sadly, one of the baby boys from her first set of twins didn’t survive, dying shortly after birth from complications of prematurity, FOX4kc.com reports.

The family now has one boy, Danarius, 2, Delilah and Davina, both 1, and now Dalanie and Darla. Couch’s answer was a simple one when asked why she and fiance Jeffrey Pressler – who is the father to the two younger set of twins – chose to have so many children.

“I love babies,” Couch said.

Couch says the couple doesn’t plan to try for a fourth set of twins any time soon.

“I love babies but maybe in 10 to 15 years, when these ones are big enough to help,” she told Inside Edition.

Couch says while her large family is slightly overwhelming, she feels blessed considering many women struggle to conceive. The family has set up a GoFundMe page to get some help with the new arrivals.

While the rate of multiple births has been increasing in recent decades due to fertility treatments, the natural rate of occurrence is around 1 in 81 births, according to Multiple Births Canada.

However, the odds of having three sets of twins is 1 in 500,000, according to twinstwice.com.

Couch isn’t the first woman to make headlines for welcoming three sets of twins the natural away; in 2013 Karen and Colin Rodger welcomed their third set of twins conceived naturally. After two sets of twin boys, the Scottish parents added a pair of girls to the family.
