The lights went out in some parts of downtown Kelowna, not once, but twice on Tuesday afternoon.
The first outage happened just before 12:30 p.m. The power was restored a short time later, but then at 3 p.m., a second outage happened.
Nicole Bogdanovic, a FortisBC spokesperson, said the cause is still under investigation but believes it may have originated at one of the substations.
