Regina police investigate weapons offence involving firearm in North Central

Regina police say they were dispatched to the 1400 block of Robinson Street for a report of a weapons offence involving a firearm.

According to police, at around 6:30 pm Friday evening, a male was seen with a firearm and had entered a residence on that block.

Police say they inspected the residence and determined there was no evidence of a firearm or any other weapon. No arrests were made and no injuries occurred.

This section of Robinson Street was also the scene of a shooting three days ago when shots were fired at a house.
