MONTREAL – After a year of waiting for their landscaping to be completed, a Pointe-Claire family can rest a little easier.

The Riley’s told Global News they paid over $30,000 to Steven Miller Landscaping last year to have their lawn, driveway and walkway re-worked.

While the driveway was completed, a portion of the work was left unfinished.

Lawyers for Miller contend that in addition to the driveway, the company also completed 90 per cent of the back patio and retaining wall, representing more than 70 per cent of the value of contract.
