A 10-year-old boy who went missing Friday night has been located by police.
Just after 11:30 p.m., Calgary police said the boy was found safe. He was last seen in the schoolyard at Banting and Best School near Lynwood Park in the city’s southeast at around 7:30 p.m.

HAWCS helicopter services was involved in the search. Police said several officers conducted a grid search in the area.
