A man was sent to hospital Monday night after being hit by a truck in north Edmonton.
The incident happened near 111 Avenue and 135 Street.

The Edmonton Police Service Major Collision Section was sent to the scene to investigate.
Police said the victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The eastbound lanes of 111 Avenue were closed for a period.
There is no word if any charges will be laid.
