Missing 16-year-old girl sought by Lethbridge police

Lethbridge police are looking to the public for help locating a missing teenage girl.

Kailyn Eftodi, 16, was last seen at 7 a.m. Wednesday when she left for school.

Investigators said efforts to locate Eftodi have been unsuccessful.

Eftodie is described as about 5’6”, 180 lbs., with a heavy build, brown eyes, dyed black hair with brown roots and a piercing in her right eyebrow and nostril. She was carrying a white Ed Hardy bag when she was last seen.

Investigators have determined Eftodi may be in Medicine Hat with an unknown male.

“There is no evidence at this time to suggest foul play,” police said in a news release. “However, [we] are concerned for Eftodie’s well-being.”

Anyone with information on Eftodie’s whereabouts is asked to contact police at 403-328-4444.
