Co-host Julie Chen addressed Sharon’s absence on the talk show, saying “There were many tabloid headlines this past weekend about her and Ozzy. Rumours and speculation that they have split up after nearly 34 years of marriage. Sharon understandably took today off. We are sending all of our love to her and her family, and we ask that you do the same.”

Sharon returned to the show Tuesday to confirm the news that Ozzy had been kicked out of their house and to address their alleged marital issues. While discussing, she sipped on some lemonade — making a sly reference to Beyoncé’s album Lemonade, which features music supposedly referring to Jay Z cheating.

Rumours began spreading when unconfirmed reports suggested that Ozzy Osbourne had cheated on his wife with a hairdresser. Sharon did not deny or confirm these rumours on the show.

“I honestly at this point today, have no idea what I’m going to be doing for the rest of my life,” she said emotionally. “I don’t know where I’m going, who I’m going with, and I just need time to think, and really think about myself — about what do I really want for the rest of my life because this is, like, getting to the last chapter of this book. I really want to think about it carefully, about where I want to go.”

Sharon also addressed that Ozzy had returned to the family home on Monday.

“He’s back, and I’m out of the house,” the 63-year-old said about their living conditions.

When co-host Aisha Tyler asked Sharon what the motivation was behind her split with the Black Sabbath singer, Sharon was quick to respond.

“Because I’m 63 years of age and I can’t keep living like this,” she answered.

Co-host Julie Chen asked Sharon, “Are you and Ozzy on speaking terms? When was the last time you spoke to him?”

“We’re talking I spoke to him last night.I’m … you know … not with him but I speak to him,” Sharon said in her response to the question.
