RCMP say the motorcyclist was following a car that was making a right hand turn into the Superstore parking lot. They say the collision occurred when the motorcyclist struck another vehicle that was exiting the Superstore parking lot.

They say the rider may have suffered a broken leg and that he was in rough shape before being taken to hospital.

Police say charges are pending against the motorcyclist for failing to wait until the lane was clear.
