Halifax Regional Police confirm that tips continue to come into investigators in relation to the homicide of Joseph Douglas Cameron.
Cameron, 20, was found shot to death along a sidewalk on Mount Edward Road in Dartmouth on March 29.

Last week, police took the unusual step of setting up a command centre in two separate Dartmouth neighbourhoods.

They also put up posters around the city, asking anyone with information about Cameron’s homicide to come forward.
Police said at the time that bringing homicide investigators into the community to work is a unique approach, but they were hoping it would make people feel more comfortable and hopefully encourage them to speak with police.
