WINNIPEG — Accused letter bomber Guido Amsel made an appearance in court for a bail review Wednesday.

Amsel appeared significantly thinner and smiled and waved to his family as he entered the courtroom.

Martin Glazer, Amsel’s lawyer is looking to have a judge reverse a decision to deny Amsel bail back in September of 2015.
