PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – A man is in court for an expungement hearing after a homeless Saskatchewan woman was set on fire. Leslie Black, 30, is charged with attempted murder and aggravated sexual assault.
He pleaded guilty to attempted murder last April but now states he wants to withdraw his plea.

Wednesday’s hearing will review the charges against Black who has a different lawyer representing him.
Marlene Bird was found badly burned in a Prince Albert parking lot in June 2014. Both her legs were later amputated.
