SASKATOON – It’s been just over four months since Sheree Fertuck was last seen leaving the family farm near Kenaston, Sask. Mounties are now calling the Saskatoon woman’s disappearance a homicide investigation.

Investigators said they came to their conclusion following lengthy searches and an analysis of the evidence.

Fertuck, 51, was last seen leaving the family farm east of Kenaston on the afternoon of Dec. 7, 2015. Her semi truck was found at a gravel pit off Highway 15 the following morning.

Since she was last seen, Fertuck has not had any contact with her family and there has been no banking or cell phone activity.
