On April 2, crews responded to a structure fire at uninhabited farm yard in Cupar where a building and vehicle were destroyed.

Then on April 7, a large wooden barn burned in the RM of Mount Hope.

Finally, on April 9 a house and outbuilding on an uninhabited farm yard were destroyed in another blaze in the RM of Touchwood. High winds fueled the blaze which jumped the road onto the next field. It took fire crews several hours to get the fire under control.

Each of these fires were deemed suspicious and arson is suspected in all cases.

Property owners are encouraged to check their properties regularly and anyone with information regarding the fires is asked to contact RCMP at 306-835-5200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
