Axl Rose is certainly getting back into the rock game, in a big way.
He and his bandmates announced in late 2015 that ’80s-’90s rock band Guns N’ Roses was finally reuniting for six shows starting in April, and now there are reports that Rose is auditioning (not that he needs to) to take over as AC/DC’s lead singer.

AC/DC’s former frontman Brian Johnson was advised to stop performing by doctors, or else face total hearing loss, so he wisely stepped aside. The spot is currently vacant, but the band still has some shows to complete.
Atlanta-based DJ Jason Bailey said on his radio show that he heard from a “very, very good source” that “Axl was meeting with AC/DC,” adding that it’s “all but a done deal that Axl will front AC/DC for the 10 remaining shows.”

Rumours are also circulating that GNR is setting up for a full stadium tour once these initial six shows are complete.
