A driver has now been charged with dangerous driving and impaired driving for causing a 30-car accident on the Pattullo Bridge last summer.
On Aug. 6, 2015 at about 6 p.m. a woman from Surrey was travelling northbound over the bridge when she crossed the centre pylon dividers and collided with over 30 oncoming cars. She continued driving before coming to a stop after colliding with a concrete barrier.
Thirty-year-old Jillian Bodner has now been charged with dangerous driving, impaired driving and driving while over .08. She was arrested at the time and later released with an administrative driving prohibition.
