LETHBRIDGE – Cinema lovers get ready for Lethbridge’s annual International Film Festival.
Award-winning movies from around the world will be presented. From the effects on climate change to white supremacists, local audiences will see a slice of the world they are not usually exposed to.
After each screening, audience members get the opportunity to discuss the subject matter of the films.
“We are pleased that this annual film festival has become part of the Lethbridge cultural scene,” president Trevor Page said.
The event has been taking place in the city for 31 years. It runs from March 18-23 at the public library. Admission is free, but donations are accepted. Visit the Lethbridge Film Festival for more information.
