Shooting sends one person to Saskatoon hospital

SASKATOON – A woman is in hospital following a shooting in Saskatoon early Thursday morning. Police were called to the 500-block of Avenue G South around 3:50 a.m. CT for a report of a gunshot.

Officers arrived to find a woman suffering from a gunshot wound.

She was taken to hospital and police believe she is in stable condition.

The targeted enforcement section is taking over the investigation.
