Woman faces second-degree murder charges in Transcona stabbing

WINNIPEG — A 37-year-old woman has been arrested for the murder of a Transcona man.

On Tuesday night police responded to a call at 64 Allenby Crescent and found an injured Frederick Bird.  The 45-year-old was later pronounced dead in hospital.
