Lottery tickets stolen from Morinville gas station

EDMONTON – Morinville RCMP were called to a local gas station Sunday night after a bunch of lottery tickets were stolen.

Police said at around 9:30 p.m. an unidentified man entered the Shell Gas Station just off 100th Avenue and 106th Street.

According to Mounties, the man walked around the store, placed a pair of sunglasses onto his head, before he walked up to the till and grabbed the tray of lottery tickets.

Police said the man then ran down the street and left in a vehicle.

He is described as:

  •  Caucasian
  • Approximately 5’6″ in height
  • Approximately 150 lbs
  • Wearing a blue baseball cap on backwards

Anyone able to help identify the suspect is asked to contact the Morinville RCMP, or submit a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
