WINNIPEG — A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for Travis Chief in the death of a 43-year-old man on Feb. 27.
Henry Kipling died after police said he was assaulted on two separate occasions by two different people. It happened on the 800 block of Main Street shortly before 3 a.m.

Police said Kipling was kicked out of a business that evening, after getting into a minor dispute while inside. He was then allegedly confronted by Jenna Rose Traverse, 23, who police say assaulted him.
Around 30 minutes later, while Kipling was “quietly waiting for a taxicab”, he was attacked and robbed. He was rushed to hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Traverse was arrested on Thursday and charged with aggravated assault. She remains in custody.
A warrant for manslaughter has been issued for the arrest of Chief (who also goes by Travis Guimond)in connection to the assault.

Chief, 23, is described as 5’9″ tall, 177 pounds, medium build, black hair and brown eyes.
Police said he may have left Winnipeg and is in the Waywayseecappo area with a male and female. They may be driving a blue sedan, possibly an Oldsmobile Alero.
